PUSH-POCKET IN KUALA LUMPUR I am sure you all have heard of 'pick pocket'. A new trend 'push pocket'. Read on.. for your own good

A few days ago a new type of crime has surfaced in town. It goes something like this:- Somebody slips a hand-phone into your pocket, sometimes it could be just a wallet with an identity card and a few ringgit. A few minutes later, the 'owner' comes up and confronts you, the 'thief '.

He makes a big commotion that you stole his stuff. You, caught unaware, are then pulled aside by the 'owner' for a settlement. You are intimidated and threatenedthat if you do not pay up the police will be brought in. If you pay up, this 'owner' lets you go. If not, the police are brought in. Another strange thing is that there always seems to be a 'witness' to your 'theft'.

I am told this often happens to foreigners at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or even at LRT trains. Given that you're 'guilty until proven innocent' as far as t he Malaysian police are concerned, I understand some poor people are in jail for these 'offences'. At the KLIA, the 'owner' throws his hand-phone and wallet with the few ringgit notes into the luggage trolley of a just arrived passenger. The drama unfolds a few minutes later.

The real culprit has easily convinced our Malaysian police to arrest the real victim (if he has not paid up the 'settlement' demand). This is a very serious matter. This is another form of extortionists operating in broad daylight. They are disgusting criminals who will do anything to rob and steal. The sickening part of the whole scenario is that unless you pay the 'quoted settlement' money, they will put you in real trouble by calling the police.

The real culprit gets back his hand-phone and wallet but the real victim ( i.e.. could be any one of us)is thrown into the police lock up and charged in court. So do be very careful, otherwise you may end up as a 'thief' as you have no way to prove your innocence.

We need to take some intelligent, united action. The oil companies just laughed at last year’s action because they knew we would not continue to 'hurt' ourselves by refusing to buy petrol. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can really work. Please read on and join with us!

By now, you're probably thinking petrol priced at about $1.50 is cheap. It is currently $2.15 for regular unleaded.

Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nations have conditioned us to think that the cost of a liter of gas is CHEAP at $1.50, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the marketplace...not sellers.

With the price of gasoline going up more each day, we consumers need to take action.

The only way we are going to see the price of petrol come down is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not purchasing their petrol! And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.

How? Since we all rely on our cars, we can't just stop buying petrol.

General Manager of the Central Terengganu Development Authority (middle of), Hamzah Ngah said that some events have not been seen as a hot air balloon is expected to attract about 20,000 visitors.

According to Hamza, more than 170 booths and sales of government and private agencies as well as entrepreneurs from the region took part in the middle of the program.

Various water activities will attract visitors, he said, such as jet ski competitions, triathlon Kenyir, decorated boats, dragon boat show and the game Putrajaya remote control boats.

Sejak kebelakangan ni, kita selalu dengar tentang kamera yang serba canggih sama ada di tv, surat khabar, radio, Facebook, blog dan macam-macam lagi media yang ada. Ya, itulah kamera DSLR yang semakin menjadi sebutan dan kegunaan orang ramai. Memandangkan ia adalah satu alat yang canggih, jadi harganya sudah pasti canggih juga. Tak main la harga bawah RM 1000. Beribu-ribu juga modal nak dikeluarkan jika ingin memiliki alat sebegitu. Itu belum dicampur lagi dengan alatan tambahan untuk hasil fotografi yang baik.

Oleh kerana modal yang besar, maka timbullah keinginan untuk membuat bisnes menggunakan pelaburan ini. Beli kamera beribu-ribu, jadi dengan menjadi jurugambar adalah membuka peluang untuk mendapat pulangan yang lumayan. Ambil tempahan untuk tangkap gambar majlis, gambar iklan, gambar pengantin, gambar couple, gambar model, gambar pemandangan dan macam-macam gambar lagi adalah menjadi kebiasaan jurugambar ini.

Disebabkan hal ini, maka timbullah satu persoalan iaitu mencari rezeki dengan mengambil gambar orang yang membuka aurat dan kita fokuskan kepada pengantin sebab biasa orang kahwin ni memang cari jurugambar untuk ambil gambar mereka. Apakah hukumnya? Saya terjumpa satu sesi soal jawab dan kini saya kongsikan bersama anda:

Assalamualaikum..
Saya membuat perkerjaan menjadi jurugambar perkahwinan separuh masa. Dalam proses itu ada terdapat pengantin perempuan yang tidak memakai tudung serta mendedahkan aurat semasa proses bersolek oleh mak andam. Pengantin berkehendakkan saya mengambil gambar gambarnya disolek oleh mak andam. Kemudian selepas pengantin siap bersolek, dia akan memakai tudung penuh dan menutup aurat untuk upacara akad nikahnya dan perkahwinannya.

1) Adakah dibolehkan saya mengambil gambar pengantin perempuan yang sedang disolekkan yang tidak menutup rambut kerana ia diminta oleh pengantin perempuan?

Jawapan: Mengikut Dr. Yusof Al-Qaradhawi, walaupun fotografi harus hukumnya, tapi hukumnya bergantung kepada objek fotografi atau objek yang di ambil oleh jurugambar itu. Jika gambar yang diambil adalah gambar bogel, maka ketika itu hukum fotografi adalah haram. Begitu juga gambar perempuan yang membuka auratnya. Hukum yang kedua, hukum melihat aurat perempuan tanpa keperluan yang darurat (seperti perubatan bagi seorang doktor), maka hukumnya adalah haram. Maka hukum anda mengambil gambar-gambar perempuan yang mendedahkan aurat adalah haram hukumnya. Permintaan pelanggan bukanlah alasan untuk mengharuskan yang haram.

2) Apakah rezeki yang saya terima dari mengambil gambar pengantin sedang disolekkan ini halal?

Jawapan: Tidak halal. Ini kerana mengikut kaedah fiqh, “Al hukum bil wasilah hukmu bil maqosyid” (hukum bagi wasilah adalah hukum dari maksud), ia datang dari kaedah fiqih, “Ma haruma isti’maaluh, haruma ittikhaazuh” (yang haram penggunaannya, haram pula memperolehinya) (Muhamamd al-Zarqa’, syarah qawaid/389).

3) Bagaimana pula dengan hasil rezeki gambar-gambar pengantin perempuan yang menutup aurat penuh? Adakah rezeki yang diterima itu halal?

Jawapan: Halal. Ia kembali kepada hukum asal fotografi adalah harus dan harus pula rezeki dari foto-foto yang halal.

4) Bolehkan saya menolak jumlah wang gambar pengantin perempuan yang tidak menutup aurat ini daripada keseluruhan wang hasil gambar perkahwinannya? Maknanya saya hanya memakan hasil gambar yang diambil pengantin wanita yang menutup aurat sahaja (memberikan hasil ini sebagai rezeki keluarga) dan hasil gambar yang tidak menutup aurat saya tidak memakannya (iaitu menggunakan hasil itu dengan membeli kamera/filem baru). Contohnya harga pakej gambar ialah RM100. Katakan ada 40 (40%) keping gambar pengantin wanita tidak menutup aurat rambut dan 60 (60%) keping lagi menutup aurat penuh. Jadi saya memberikan rezeki RM60 itu kepada keluarga saya dan RM40 itu saya tidak memakannya (dan menggunakan RM40 utk membeli filem/lensa).

Jawapan: Amalan spt ini sebenarnya tidak pernah dilakukan oleh orang Islam sebelum ini khususnya di zaman salafus-soleh. Mereka berpegang teguh dgn hadis Asy-Syarif, hadis no.6 dalam Matn arba’een anNawawiyah (Matan hadis 40 Imam Nawawi) dari Nu’man bin Bashir yang dikeluarkan oleh Dua Sahih Bukhari-Muslim, “Sesungguhnya yang Halal itu jelas, yang haram itu jelas dan di antara keduanya banyak perkara syubahah (samar-samar) yang kebanyakan manusia tidak mengetahuinya.” Maksudnya jika kita melakukan begitu, cuba membuat perakaunan (accounting) ini dari sumber halal dan ini dari sumber haram, ini kerana kita takut accounting itu tidak tepat dan masih ada yang syubahah. Lagipun dalam tubuh orang Islam itu tidak berhimpun sifat halal dan haram serta syubahah. Dia hanya mengutamakan halal bayyin dalam semua urusan hidupnya. Dalilnya: “Allah sekali-kali tidak menjadikan bagi seseorang dua buah hati dalam rongganya.” (Quran 33:04). Maksud ayat ini, orang Islam dia hanya ada satu buah hati, ada satu pilihan, hanya memilih yang halal sahaja dan menjauhi syubahah apatah lagi yang haram dalam urusan hidupnya.

Islam tu mudah tapi jangan ambil mudah tentang Islam. Mencari yang halal itu wajib bagi umat Islam.
